AlgoVideo Terms of Service

Welcome to the AlgoVideo Platform (hereinafter referred to as "This Platform").

This platform is legally owned and operated by Bidnex Limited and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "We").

Please read the following terms carefully. By creating an account on this platform or using its services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may choose not to use the platforms services.

1.1 Before using the services of this Platform, you must register an account. You should ensure that the registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, valid, complete, and lawful. If the registration information you submit violates any laws, regulations, policy provisions, or the terms and conditions set forth in these Service Terms, we may take appropriate disciplinary actions, including issuing a warning, restricting account functionality, freezing the account, suspending the account, or prohibiting the re-registration of the account.

1.2 Your account is for your own personal use only; it is strictly prohibited to gift, borrow, lease, transfer, sell, or otherwise authorize any third party to use your account in any manner. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the account registrant, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to that account in order to safeguard its security.

1.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and mobile verification code properly, and you shall bear full responsibility for the security and confidentiality of your account. You shall be legally liable for all actions and transactions conducted via your account. Should your account be compromised due to improper safeguarding or other personal reasons, any resulting losses shall be borne solely by you.

1.4 You may, and shall only, apply to deactivate your own account. Upon account deactivation, we will delete or anonymize the accounts contents and related information; unless otherwise specified by applicable laws, regulations, or relevant standards regarding the retention period or processing method of such information. Once an account is deactivated, you will no longer be able to use that account to log in to or access the Platforms services, nor can you restore the account or its contents (including, but not limited to, points or assets). After account deactivation, you shall remain liable for all your usage activities prior to the deactivation of your account.

This platform provides AI-powered video generation, image editing, and related digital creative services. We may, at any time, modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the functions or services in response to our maintenance and upgrade requirements, business development needs, or adjustments to our business model. You acknowledge and agree that you will not seek any liability from us as a result of such actions.

3.1 You hereby warrant that, when using this Platform, you will strictly comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and public order and good morals; you shall not input or upload any personal information, confidential information (including but not limited to trade secrets), raw material content (including but not limited to text, characters, props, scenes, timbre, audio, video, etc.), or any other information or content without lawful authorization; and you shall not infringe upon the copyright, patent rights, trademark rights, portrait rights, name rights, sound rights, reputation rights, honor rights, or any other rights or interests of any third party.

3.2 You shall not input, upload, generate, create, publish, or store any of the following illegal or non-compliant content:

3.2.1 Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution.

3.2.2 Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting the state power, or undermining national unity.

3.2.3 Damage to the national honor or interests.

3.2.4 Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability.

3.2.5 Distorting, caricaturing, desecrating, or negating the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs; or infringing upon the name, image, reputation, or honor of heroes and martyrs by means of insult, defamation, or any other manner.

3.2.6 Promoting terrorism or extremism, or inciting the commission of terrorist or extremist acts.

3.2.7 Promoting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity.

3.2.8 Promoting cults or feudal superstitions.

3.2.9 Fabricating or disseminating rumors or false information that disrupts the economic or social order or undermines social stability.

3.2.10 Disseminating or spreading obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, homicidal, terrorist, or incitement-to-crime content.

3.2.11 Contains exposed, violent, pornographic or otherwise explicit content; or contains sexual innuendos, sexual provocations, or other content that is likely to evoke sexual imagination.

3.2.12 Improper commentary on natural disasters, major accidents, historical events, or other events.

3.2.13 Content depicting violence, horror, cruelty, self-harm, or other scenarios that cause physical or psychological discomfort.

3.2.14 Inciting racial discrimination, discrimination against groups, regional discrimination, etc.

3.2.15 Factors that may encourage minors to imitate unsafe behaviors or violate social ethics, or to develop undesirable habits;

3.2.16 Insulting or defaming another person, thereby infringing upon their lawful rights and interests.

3.2.17 Contains any other content prohibited or restricted by laws or administrative regulations.

3.2.18 Contains other content that violates public order and good morals or social ethics.

3.3 You shall not engage in any behavior that compromises the security of this Platform, including but not limited to:

3.3.1 Using plugins, third-party add-ons, systems, or third-party tools to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of this platform.

3.3.2 Attempting, without authorization, to probe, scan, test the vulnerabilities of this platform, or otherwise compromise its security.

3.3.3 Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this platform, intentionally distributing malicious software or viruses, or engaging in any other behavior that disrupts or interferes with normal network information services.

3.3.4 To perform reverse engineering, reverse assembly, compilation, or any other method to attempt to obtain the source code of this platform.

3.3.5 Use of unauthorized data or access to unauthorized servers or accounts.

3.3.6 Malicious account registration on this platform, including but not limited to frequent or bulk account registration.

3.3.7 Using technical means or special identification methods to modify, hijack, redirect, obscure, insert, display pop-up windows, or otherwise prevent users from normal using this Platform.

3.3.8 Any improper means—such as HTTP redirecting, redundant data theft, web crawler harvesting, simulated downloading, deep linking, fraudulent registration, or any other similar methods—used to steal, monitor, copy, distribute, display, mirror, upload, download, or otherwise use information or content on this Platform.

3.3.9 Other actions that may compromise the security of this platform.

3.4 You shall not use the information or content on this Platform for any form of sales or commercial use outside the scope of our written authorization, nor shall you provide such information or content to any third party or permit any third party to use it in any manner; nor shall you use this Platform, its information, content, or services to develop, provide, or operate products, models, or services that are competitive with this Platform.

3.5 If we have reasonable grounds to believe that your conduct violates or may potentially violate the terms set forth in these Service Terms, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including, but not limited to, issuing warnings or reminders, refusing to generate content, restricting account functionality, suspending or terminating the provision of all or part of the services offered by this Platform to you without prior notice, or permanently banning your account; we may also pursue legal action against you in accordance with applicable laws. You shall bear all adverse consequences arising therefrom, such as the unavailability of account functionality, closure of your account, deletion of content, reset of your points balance, removal of assets held within your account, or the inability to exercise other rights or benefits. We reserve the right not to restore any deleted account information, content, or assets.

3.6 Where your actions result in us being held liable for compensation to any third party, being subject to penalties by state authorities, or incurring any other economic or goodwill losses, you shall compensate us for all such losses, as well as for any reasonable expenses incurred by us in connection therewith, including attorney fees, litigation costs, investigation costs, and preservation costs.

4.1 The intellectual property rights and ownership of the services provided by this Platform, as well as all information and content on the Platform (including, but not limited to, software, technologies, programs, web pages, text, images, audio, video, charts, layout designs, electronic documents, etc.), shall belong to us.

4.2 You hereby warrant that all instructions and original content you enter or upload are either your own creation or have been legally authorized; such content does not violate any laws, regulations, or policy provisions, nor does it infringe upon the copyright, patent rights, trademark rights, portrait rights, name rights, sound rights, reputation rights, honor rights, or any other rights of any third party.

4.3 The rights and interests associated with the content you create using this platform (e.g., AI-generated videos) shall belong to you, provided that you comply with applicable laws and these Terms of Service.

4.4 You understand and agree that, for the instructions, original material content, and generated content that you input or upload on this Platform, you grant us a global, free, non-exclusive, and multi-level relicenseable right. However, without your prior consent, this Platform shall not use the instructions, material content, or generated content that you have used for commercial purposes.

You understand and confirm that when using services provided by third-party service providers (e.g., payment functions) on this Platform, you are bound not only by this Agreement but also by the terms and policies of such third-party service providers. You should carefully read and understand the terms and policies published by these third-party service providers. Any disputes, losses, or damages arising from the services provided by third-party service providers shall be resolved between you and the third party in accordance with the relevant agreements.

6.2 We would like to specifically remind you to exercise heightened caution and strengthen your privacy protection awareness when entering personal information of minors, and to use or publish content containing material related to minors with due care. You must obtain full legal authorization and consent before using or displaying any information, such as the portrait or voice of a minor, and must grant us permission to use or process such content in accordance with these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Should such content violate the rights of a minor, we reserve the right to remove or otherwise handle such content upon receiving notice from the rights holder or for other reasons intended to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of minors.

6.3 Guardians Special Note

7.3 We shall not be liable for any interruption or other defects in the Platform or its services resulting from force majeure, governmental actions, or other events beyond our control—such as communication network failures, hacker attacks, malicious software attacks, viruses, or defects in third-party services—nor for any such interruption or defect arising from our repair, maintenance, upgrade, or servicing of the Platform or its related systems and equipment.

Due to changes in national laws, regulations, or policies, or due to evolving technical requirements or platform functionality, we may revise these Service Terms. We will publish the revised terms on this platform so that you can stay informed of the latest terms in a timely manner. The revised terms shall take legal effect immediately upon being published on the platform. By continuing to log in to or use this platform, you hereby agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you have any objection to the revised terms, please stop logging in to or using this platform immediately.

The interpretation, validity, and resolution of any disputes arising under these Service Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute or controversy between you and us shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if such negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center for jurisdictional determination.
